The Experience: Dive deep into the artistry of wreath-making at our Surrey Hills farm. Carrie, our guest expert from Topiary-Tree, will walk you through the secrets of creating the perfect wreath using seasonal foliage and foraged decorations.
Demonstration & Learning: Witness Carrie's wreath-making mastery, diving deep into the art of blending seasonal and foraged elements understanding the beauty of composition, and incorporating natural elements.
Hands-On Crafting: With curated buckets of florist’s materials at hand, you'll embark on a guided, step-by-step journey to fashion your personal wreath. We cover all the steps from “mossing” your ring to adding your choice of decorations & bow. Leave not just with a stunning creation, but also the skills to craft more in seasons to come.
Nature’s Embrace: Cherish the benefits that come from immersing in nature. The experience is as much about crafting as it is about stepping away from daily life.
What’s Included & Recommendations:
Learn about conditioning various foliage and understand the tools and materials essential for the art.
Enjoy guided wreath-making while soaking in expert tips and advice for wreath care.
Delight in cozy breaks with unlimited tea, coffee, and festive treats by our open fire (weather permitting). Remember, it's winter—come wrapped up!
All crafting materials are included. If available, bring along secateurs, and consider wearing an apron and gloves—it can get a little messy!
We will have an array or wreath accessories like oranges & cinnamon sticks. (Optional - if you have a favourite ribbon, accessories, folliage or feathers you particularly want to add, feel free to bring them.)
